Service Seekers: Service seekers can browse profiles, post projects, and connect with service providers. bestandtrust.com is not a party to any agreements between service seekers and providers.

Fees: We may charge fees for certain services. These fees will be disclosed to you before you use the service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post on our platform. By posting content, you grant bestandtrust.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

Platform Content: All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of bestandtrust.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Between Users: bestandtrust.com is not responsible for resolving disputes between users. However, we may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion.

With bestandtrust.com: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the law. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
